🔧 Installation

Record all key details of a completed installation — date, location, system specs, and notes for quality tracking.

💡

The installation phase typically begins once all stages from contract execution through permitting have been completed.

Once the permit has been approved, the Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for contacting the customer to schedule the installation. If the customer does not respond or communication cannot be established, the PC should reach out directly to the sales representative to assist in facilitating communication between Equity and the customer, or alternatively, to help determine a tentative installation date that aligns with the customer’s availability.

If the customer is 65 years of age or older, the PC must communicate exclusively with the customer and conduct the corresponding verification call.

Below is a reference image outlining the key topics that should be covered during the call.
