🚨 Mandatory Guideline – Final Design (Effective Immediately) 🚨

⏰ Effective immediately, the following mandatory guideline applies to the Final Design process and must be followed without exception:
🔹 Ground Mount, Tile Roof & Metal Roof Projects ✅ Final Design MUST be signed by both the Sales Representative 🤝 and the Customer 👤 before installation.
🔹 Shingle Roof Projects ✅ Sales Representative ✍️ MUST sign the Final Design (receipt confirmation). ✅ Sales Representative 👥 is responsible for reviewing the design with the customer and ensuring customer approval ✔️ prior to installation.
⚠️ Process Non-Compliance If on installation day 🚚 the customer blocks the project due to disagreement with the Final Design:
➡️ The Sales Representative 💼 will be responsible for covering all costs related to required changes 💰. ➡️ This includes on-site corrections 🛠️, especially if the roof has already been prepared for mounts and panels ☀️.

📄 Important Update – NOC Process⚠️

The sales representative must ensure that the homeowner listed on the Property Appraiser is present at the home to sign the NOC, which will be notarized by the surveyor.
If the homeowner is not present at the time of the visit, the sales representative becomes responsible for ensuring the customer gets the document notarized independently and sends it to the office properly signed and notarized — no exceptions.

📅 Due to the holiday weeks, payments will be processed on: ➡️ Wednesday, December 24 ➡️ Wednesday, December 31
We will follow the same conditions used during Thanksgiving. Only projects meeting the requirements before Tuesday EOD will be included:
✔️ M1: Approved by Operations ✔️ M2: Payment received and confirmed, or enrolled in the Next Week Program ✔️ M3: PTO received and confirmed by our internal team
⚠️ Important: Please make sure all your projects meet the requirements before Tuesday EOD to be included in each week’s payment batch.

✅ Effective immediately, any site surveys from sales made on Saturday or Sunday must be scheduled starting Tuesday of the following week.
📅 If a site survey is scheduled for Monday, it will not take place and will be automatically canceled, since for the South region it’s required to bring the NOC and Permit App, and those documents are prepared on Mondays.
🚫 No exceptions. ✅ Effective immediately.

We want to share an important update about our Next Week Payment Guaranteed program 💰
Starting December 1st, this benefit will apply only to GoodLeap installations, while keeping the rest of the program requirements:
✅ At least 3 sales per month (cash, loan, or lease) to qualify for the following month. ✅ Installation must be 100% completed (panels and inverters installed). ✅ FPL access must be completed before payment.
💡 Example: If you achieve 3 or more sales in October, you’ll qualify for the program in November — but only GoodLeap installations will be eligible for the guaranteed next-week payment.
🗓 Important: This update applies to installations starting December 1st. If you qualified in October, you’ll still receive the benefit in November under the previous rules.
