We want to support our sales teams so they can generate income faster. That’s why, starting March 1, 2026, for new installations, you will have the opportunity to receive M3 commissions much sooner.

Previously, the requirement to receive the M3 payment was having PTO approved. Now, we will only require that the customer signs the Interconnection Agreement with the utility company. Once that requirement is met, we will process the M3 payment.

💡 Example: If the customer signs this week, they will receive the payment on Friday of the following week.

⚠️ This does not apply to installations that were already completed before March 1, 2026.

⚠️ If a project is identified as an add-on after installation, funding will be denied.

Team, due to the operational adjustments and additional audit mentioned in the official notice, GoodLeap funding is experiencing delays outside of Equity Solar’s control.

✅ Projects with NTP will continue moving forward as normal. ⚠️ However, please expect delays in commission payments. 💡 You can continue adding new sales and leads as usual.

Effective immediately, commissions will be processed only once funds are officially released to Equity Solar, currently approx. 4–5 weeks after installation review.

📩 An official email will be sent requesting you to reply with “I confirm and accept.”

Dividend has begun communicating with all borrowers who have levelized loans, informing them of the options available regarding their solar financing. We want you to stay ahead of the curve and be fully prepared to support your customers.

📨 Dividend will begin sending these notifications starting December 1st. For your reference, you can review the same communication borrowers will be receiving.

👉 Important Reminder: As we approach year-end, please make sure your pipeline is up to date in the Dividend portal. Close any cancelled projects so Dividend does not contact customers who are no longer active.

Dec 31, 2025 → Last day for current loans (submitted before Oct 1) to be installed, inspected & funded. ⚠ No extensions.

💲 Updated $/W Caps for Florida (Effective Oct 1):

$4.00/W PV Only

Lesser of $5.00/W or 35% of loan amount with adders (excluding batteries)

$2,500/kWh battery cap

👉 Action: Prioritize installs tied to current loans now, and ensure all projects are funded before year-end. Starting Oct 1, update proposals and homeowner conversations with these new terms.

📅 Starting October 1, 2025, Dividend will discontinue the Levelized Solar Loan.

🔹 A new Standard Amortizing Loan will be available, with fixed monthly payments for the life of the loan. 🔹 Borrowers can make up to 3 elective re-amortizations (with requirements such as a prepayment of more than $1,000). 🔹 The product will include Installer Bill Coverage (IBC) 🧾 and the first payment will be due 60 days after reaching Substantial Completion. 🔹 To qualify for the ITC 💵, systems must be installed before December 31, 2025.

⚠ Dividend will share more guidance soon regarding levelized loans that are not installed before year-end.

Starting today, we will only accept OUC solar deals that include batteries.

This aligns with changes in OUC’s TruNet Solar program:

Full retail rate available for systems approved by June 30, 2025 (grandfathered for 20 years).

New applications after that will get reduced export rates.

A battery rebate program is coming soon.

FPL or any other Utility Company maximum rate in Enerflo is $0.15 kwh except Duke Energy at $0.17 kwh.

We recommend using Aurora to Quote Goodleap proposals. If you decide to use Enerflo is required to use this new table.

Remember that customer can’t paid more per kwh of what they are currently paying.

Heads up! JEA’s Net Metering Program is no longer available for new customers.

From now on, all new solar panel systems must go through the Distributed Generation Program, which includes:

📝 Submitting an application and signing the Interconnection Agreement 🔌 Passing electrical inspection and receiving official notification from JEA 👷 JEA engineer inspection for system safety 📟 Installation of a dual register meter by JEA

Once all steps are completed, the customer can turn on their solar system!
