I hope this email finds you well. We have three important updates to share with you regarding our products and communications channels.
- Mission Solar 385 "MSX385" Panels Discontinuation: Effective March 15th, 2024, the Mission Solar 385 "MSX385" panels will no longer be available for use. We understand that these panels have been a reliable option for many of our installations, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition to alternative options.
- Discontinuation of "Energy Smart Chip" Efficiency Adder: We have made the decision to discontinue the use of the "Energy Smart Chip" efficiency adder, effective immediately. As a result, the Energy Smart Chip will be removed from Solo and the Knowledge Center. We believe this change will streamline our offerings and provide a clearer product lineup for our customers. Please make note of this change for any upcoming installations or customer consultations.
- Communication with Sunnova Account Manager: Moving forward, we kindly ask that all communications to our Sunnova account manager be channeled through our Partner Success Manager (myself). This change is intended to ensure that our team is consistently informed about the information shared and any issues that may arise. I will serve as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, support requests, or feedback you have regarding Sunnova products and services.
