Dear valuable partners,
This year, 2023, has been a year of many changes and challenges for each one of us. We fought against high interest rates and successfully adapted our sales teams to the Lease product to maintain and improve our results.
For the year 2024, an exciting solar market is projected as a reduction in interest rates by the federal bank is expected, which will mean lower overall financing costs, especially in solar energy.
At Equity Solar, we have added new members to our operations, installation, and customer service teams with the aim of providing better service to our partners, sellers, and customers. Additionally, we are incorporating installation teams to accelerate the timeline from "ready to install" to completed installation.

2. Average times are as follows:
Currently, our average times are as follows:
- Average time from Site Survey to installation: 25 days.
- Average time for Site Survey: 2 days. (Last 30 days)
- Average approval time (PTO): 20 days.
2024 will be a year of transformation at Equity Solar as we will be providing new advanced and user-friendly software that will allow our sales teams and operational staff to become increasingly efficient. Our goal is to have Enerflo ready by February.

3. Updates and products:
Based on the current volume of installations, we have negotiated prices with Enphase, and starting January 1, 2024, we will be using the IQ8Plus at no additional cost or add-ons.

4. System Size:
After making some internal adjustments, we will be significantly reducing the costs of small systems:

5. Tile Roofs
Starting January 1, 2024, we will be reducing the costs of tile roof additions while maintaining the same quality of installation equipment from the Pegasus brand.
Before:
- Ceramic tiles < $0.40
- Concrete tiles < $0.40
Starting January 1:
- Ceramic tiles < $0.25
- Concrete tiles < $0.20

6. Operational Changes
Starting January 1, 2024, Equity Solar will no longer require verification calls when the customer has an offset less than 90%. Instead, we will send a Contract of Offer (COO) simultaneously with the final design for the seller and then the customer to sign.

7. Code Violations
Equity Solar has established a partnership with a General Contractor to offer solutions for specific code violations that meet the necessary conditions for obtaining permits and bringing the property into compliance. This allows us to have more options and increase the volume of installations.

I wish each of our partners happy holidays and the new year multiply your results, health, and successes.
