1. UMB Independent Task:
To streamline our procedures and avoid any unnecessary or double charges, we kindly request that whenever a sales representative decides to proceed with the UMB independently, a task be created in Scoop under the name of Maria Paula Rojas from Interconnections. This step ensures a smoother coordination and, if the PTO (Permission to Operate) module is open at that moment, we encourage you to have the task already in place.
2. RoofMax Avoidance for Roof Replacement Projects:
In our ongoing efforts to provide the best solutions for our projects, we are discouraging the use of RoofMax for cases where a roof replacement is necessary. Instead, we are promoting the "Remove & Install" adder, opting for this adder provides customers with the assurance that when the time comes for a roof replacement, the necessary expenses are already covered. This change is aimed at mitigating potential issues, as many insurance companies do not approve the use of RoofMax. Your support in adopting this approach will contribute to a more seamless project execution.
3. Mosaic Financial Product Selection:
When choosing a financial product from Mosaic, we want to ensure the correct product is selected based on the project's specific needs:
- For Solar projects along with necessary adders, please use "PowerSwitch."
- If you intend to include a home improvement adder, such as HVAC or Roofing, we recommend using "PowerSwitch PLUS."
This careful selection of financial products aligns with the project requirements and helps facilitate a smooth financing process.
