🔆Site Survey expectations for a customer
- The survey take place once a new project is generated and the site survey is scheduled.
- Client on title needs to be at home
🔆Possible scenarios after the site survey
- The assessment by the site surveyor meets all the requirements.
- The project has an issue with the roof.
- The project requires tree trimming
- NOC & permit application is not signed
- The project requires MPU
- The NTP (Notice to Proceed) at the financial company is incomplete
- Other pending issues
In all cases, to continue with the project, the Project Coordinator will notify the Sales representative of the necessary actions they need to take to advance the project to the next stage. It is the responsibility of the Sales Representative to take action to resolve with the customer any issues that may arise.
🔆What is a change order and when is it required?
A Change Of Order (COO) is requested through the project's financial company. It can be required at any stage of the project, including installation.
A COO A change order is required when there are changes in the details and scope of a project compared to the initial proposal. Examples of these changes may include the following:
- Changes in the number of panels
- Addition of MPU
- Roof replacement adder
- Tree Trimming adder
- Change in the characteristics of the equipment originally signed
- Other adders not previously included
- Other adjustments to the project originally signed
This process may vary depending on the financial company. It is always important to communicate with your Project Coordinator in case this process is required.
